Great work from "home" space while on vacation. This unit has large office space in addition to the living area and is just across the street from famous Manatee Beach. The wifi is very strong and has been used by many guests as a work/study from home. There is a 55" flat screen TV in the living room. This coastal decorated open concept living area is designed to entertain, featuring a large island that seats 6+ and full sized kitchen. The master suite features a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower for your convenience. There are free laundry room facilities onsite.
Outdoor features include a tiki bar setup, picnic table, propane grill, lounge chairs and cornhole, surrounded by a privacy fence on three sides!
This unit is right across the street from Manatee Public Beach. Close by restaurants include Skinny's, Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe, Cheesecake Cutie and many others. Publix and CVS are less than a half mile walk. No car is needed with everything in walking distance!
Pets are welcome! We do charge $20 per night, per pet, with a limit of 2 pets. The unit can be combined with #1 and #2 to accommodate those large family gatherings.
